Virtual Whiteboard can be utilised as a cost-effective alternative to Interactive Whiteboards. Using an existing laptop computer and projector, Virtual Whiteboard enables you to create a classroom learning experience similar to that of an Interactive Whiteboard for a fraction of the cost. Furthermore, Virtual Whiteboard does not restrict you to a designated room (e.g. where the Interactive Whiteboard is installed).

Keysonic 2.4 GHz wireless keyboard with built-in trackpad

This compact and light wireless keyboard features a built-in trackpad (as found on most laptops) for mouse-pointing duties. The keyboard itself is easy to hold and operate (at a desk or standing) and the trackpad proves to be very precise - albeit a very different experience to using a mouse. With the (included) USB dongle plugged into your laptop, you can use the wireless keyboard at a range of up to 10 meters from the computer. Assuming your laptop is central to the classroom, for example, this range should allow you to roam around without signal loss and allow the keyboard to be shared amongst students.

XPRO wireless presenter mouse

The XPRO wireless presenter mouse is an excellent device for controlling Virtual Whiteboards and your computer in general. At its heart, this is a wireless optical mouse using 2.4 GHz wireless technology for good range (up to 10 meters) and communication with the computer. It also features a built-in trackball that you can use to operate the mouse pointer when standing - this works very well and has good accuracy although it does take practice for comfortable use. There is even a laser pointer included!. The XPRO wireless presenter mouse is supplied with its own docking/recharging station.
