Virtual Whiteboard can be licensed for site-wide use by a school or organisation via a monthly subscription.

A monthly subscription to Virtual Whiteboard provides your organisation with the option to create unlimited user accounts (e.g. a school could create a user account for each teacher and/or pupil). A user account maintains its own unique list of virtual whiteboards, so users can create as many virtual whiteboards as they need for collaborating and sharing with others.

There are two types of monthly subscriptions available:

• Shared Subscription
  A shared subscription is the most cost-effective licensing option as each Virtual Whiteboard platform is shared with other, similar, organisations in day-to-day operations. Although the system is completely secure, and it is not possible for one organisation to see the virtual whiteboards belonging to another, there may be occasional issues where heavy usage by one organisation could affect others. Eclipse Solutions will do everything possible to minimise this effect by restricting the number of organisations sharing the same Virtual Whiteboard platform and reassigning organisations to other shared platforms accordingly.
  
  
• Dedicated Subscription
  A dedicated subscription is intended for those organisations that require the full resources available within a Virtual Whiteboard platform for themselves. By not sharing the Virtual Whiteboard platform, there is no longer any concern regarding heavy usage by other organisations affecting your own.
  
  For dedicated subscriptions, Eclipse Solutions can also brand Virtual Whiteboard with your own logo and provide a unique web address in the format http://your-organisation-name.virtual-whiteboard.co.uk for access to the system.

Pricings for the different subscriptions are given below (please note there is no minimum term to any given subscription):
